Executive Coaching
is an experiential and an individualized development process that facilitates and enhances an individual's ability to achieve short and long-range professional and organizational goals.
It is conducted through one-on-one interactions and driven by feedback from multiple perspectives. Taking a systematic approach, the organization, the executive and Joyce work in partnership to achieve a successful outcome.

Joyce has expertise coaching clients on managing people, becoming a leader, influencing others, effective communications (including listening skills), interpersonal and political savvy, collaborating and building relationships and networks, strategic agility, adapting to differences, building effective teams and engaging and managing an interventional workforce.
